Personnellement, bien quee j’ai 85 ans, je le trouve tres in. Je m’en suis peu servi car j’ai fait une tres grosse bronchite. Je vous donnerai mon avis d’ici une quinzaine de jours

XL is just an Original with a bigger textile cover

In the end the XL has a plastic balloon inside that has the same size as the regular. So, one has to overinflate the Bloon. The outcome is an extremely hard seating that hurts. The regular one is OK.

How many time can i spend on a Bloon seat ?

The Bloon is a seat in its own right, so there's no limit to its use.

You can spend as little as 30 minutes a day or as much as 6 hours in a row.

The most important thing is to move optimally and naturally every day. That's what prevents the onset of pain/discomfort associated with prolonged sitting.

The Bloon has all the advantages of a gym ball without the disadvantages. It stimulates your pelvis every second. It eliminates instability while maintaining dynamism thanks to its weighted, non-slip base.

We advise you to get up at regular intervals and do some regular exercise as well as sitting on a Bloon!
