1/ Remove the cap

2/ Insert the pump into the inner tube and pump for approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Little tip: for perfect inflation, the fabric must be well stretched!

If you identify wrinkles on your Bloon, it is not inflated enough, make a little more effort ;)

3/ We then recommend reinflating it every 3 weeks for better comfort

To choose your Bloon well, you must take into account your height and the height of your desk.

At Bloon Paris to help you take care of yourself, we have developed 2 sizes adapted to your body shape: REGULAR & XL.

SIZE 1: REGULAR

The regular size is intended for people measuring between 1m50 and 1m79 and suitable for desks with a height of 70 to 76 cm.
The diameter of the balloon is = 55 cm.

SIZE 2: XL

Size XL was designed for people over 1m80 tall and suitable for desks with a height of 76 to 80cm.
The diameter of the balloon is = 65 cm.Answer

Your Bloon is very easy to maintain thanks to its stain-resistant fabrics.

For all light stains: Rub with a damp, soapy sponge.

For severe stains: Remove your Bloon cover by deflating it. Put the cover in the washing machine, wash it cold (30°C) and without spinning (air drying required). We recommend drying it in the open air. The dryer is definitely not recommended!

• Delivery in mainland France and internationally
• Delivery to relay point: €6.90 via Mondial Relay within 2 to 5 working days
• Home delivery: €9.90 via DPD within 2 to 5 working days or Chronopost Express: €14.90.
• Returns possible within 30 days of receipt.

At Bloon Paris, you have 30 trial days to test and adopt our ball seat.

As soon as we have collected all the necessary documents, we process your refund within a maximum of 72 hours.

Regarding its reception, it depends on your bank but it can be from 48 hours to 72 hours.

So expect a delay of 3 to 5 working days.

All our Bloons are hand sewn and made in Portugal with eco-friendly fabrics.

The majority of our Bloons are 100% polyester. The inner tubes are made of PVC.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to repair an inner tube, however we can easily send you a new one if it is defective, with supporting photo!
