All images, photographs, illustrations and design as well as texts and comments reproduced on the YKR DESIGN company website are protected by copyright, trademark law and image rights throughout the world. .
The content published on this site is the full property of the company YKR DESIGN. The content cannot therefore be used, modified or adapted without the express written consent of the company YKR DESIGN. When you publish content on social networks using the tag @bloonparis or the hashtag #bloon_paris on the image and/or in comments, the author of the photograph:
– authorizes the company YKR DESIGN SAS to use the photography;
– transfers to them for this purpose, without reservation, the rights of reproduction, representation and adaptation attached to the photograph.
This authorization and transfer of rights is valid worldwide, for a period of five (5) years from the publication of the aforementioned content.
The company YKR DESIGN SAS may reproduce, represent and adapt this photograph for all commercial, promotional and advertising purposes, via any means and on any medium, in particular via the internet and written press.
You also authorize the company YKR DESIGN to mention your account accompanying the photograph.
You acknowledge and accept that this authorization and transfer are granted free of charge, and cannot therefore give rise to any right to any remuneration.
Hyperlinks
YKR DESIGN cannot be held responsible for hypertext links to external sites, particularly with regard to commercial offers or advertisements that may be offered to you on this site. The decision to activate a hyperlink remains the exclusive property of the users of the site.
Applicable law & divisibility of causes
