Your Bloon is very easy to care for thanks to its stain-resistant fabric.

For light stains:

Rub with a damp, soapy sponge.

For heavy stains:

Deflate your Bloon. Put the cover in the washing machine and wash it cold (30°C) without spin-drying (it must be air-dried). We recommend air drying. Tumble drying is not recommended!

Once the plug has been removed using the remover, insert the pump into the Bloon and pump for around 5 to 7 minutes. A little tip: for perfect inflation, the fabric must be taut !

If you notice any creases on your Bloon, it's not inflated enough, so try harder.

We recommend re-inflating every 3 weeks for greater comfort.

The Bloon ball can be used with desks between 2,30ft and 2,60ft for adults.

The first step to sitting properly on a ball chair is to have your feet flat on the floor, with your knees lower than your pelvis.

This way, your back will naturally and quickly adopt the position that suits you best.

Your pelvis is stabilised by the automatic contraction of your abdominal and lumbar muscles, which also strengthens your spine.

You'll feel a slight muscular effort that results in regular energy expenditure throughout the day - a few calories less is always a bonus!

By using a ball chair, you'll spend as many hours being active as you would in a conventional office chair, where your body tends to slacken off and become passive.
