Intellectual Property
The Website is governed in its entirety by French law.
All images, photographs, illustrations, designs, texts and comments displayed on the Website of YKR DESIGN are protected by copyright, trademark law and image rights worldwide.
All content published on this Website is the exclusive property of YKR DESIGN. It may not be used, modified or adapted without the prior written consent of YKR DESIGN. Any unauthorised use of the Website or its content may be considered as infringement and may be prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any link, even implicitly authorised, directing to the YKR DESIGN Website or any of its satellite websites must be removed upon simple request by YKR DESIGN.
These terms do not grant users any licence to use YKR DESIGN trademarks, logos or photographs.

YKR DESIGN reserves the right to collect personal data relating to users of the Website.
If you wish to purchase one of our products online, you will be required to provide certain personal information in order to process your order. This information is stored securely and may be updated upon request.
YKR DESIGN undertakes not to disclose personal data collected on its Website. However, it reserves the right to use such data for marketing, internal studies or statistical purposes.

The Customer expressly authorises YKR DESIGN to store a file known as a “cookie” on the Customer’s device.
This cookie is used to facilitate the collection of statistics, recognise the Customer and identify them within the “My Account” section of the Website. A cookie does not allow us to identify you personally. It records information relating to your browsing on our Website, which we may read during subsequent visits.

Use of Images and Assignment of Rights
When you publish content on social media using the tag @bloonparis or the hashtag #bloon_paris on the image and/or in the caption, the author of the photograph:
– authorises YKR DESIGN SAS to use the photograph;
– grants YKR DESIGN, without reservation, the rights of reproduction, representation and adaptation relating to the photograph.
This authorisation and assignment of rights is valid worldwide for a period of five (5) years from the publication of the content.
YKR DESIGN SAS may reproduce, display and adapt the photograph for all commercial, promotional and advertising purposes, through any media and on any medium, including online and print.
You also authorise YKR DESIGN to mention your account alongside the photograph.
You acknowledge and agree that this authorisation and assignment are granted free of charge and do not entitle you to any compensation.
Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks directing to external websites shall not engage the liability of YKR DESIGN, particularly with regard to commercial offers or advertisements that may be presented on such websites.
The decision to activate a hyperlink remains the sole responsibility of the user.
Applicable Law & Severability
In the event that, for any reason, a user, institution or any other entity challenges one or more provisions of these legal notices, the invalidity of such provision(s) shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and shall not release the user from their obligations.
The Website is governed by French law. These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with French law. Users accessing the Website from outside France must ensure compliance with applicable local laws.
