For light stains

Clean with a damp, soapy sponge.

For more stubborn stains

Remove the cover by deflating the Bloon, then machine wash at 30°C without spin. Air dry only.

For some Capsule fabrics, dry cleaning may be recommended to preserve the quality and longevity of the material.

The right level of inflation is when the fabric feels fully taut, without excess pressure.

When inflating, be careful not to overinflate, as excessive pressure may damage the inner chamber. If you notice folds, simply add a bit more air until the surface is smooth and balanced.

To inflate your Bloon:

   Inflate for around 5 to 7 minutes, until the fabric is taut

   Replace the plug
   

Over time, air may naturally escape. We recommend checking and adjusting the inflation every 2 to 3 weeks for optimal comfort.

Some models, such as the Urban collection, can be used outdoors thanks to their water-repellent and durable fabric.

To preserve the quality of the materials over time, we recommend occasional outdoor use and bringing it back inside after use.
