– grants them, for this purpose, without reservation, the rights of reproduction, representation and adaptation attached to the photograph.
This authorization and transfer of rights is valid worldwide, for a period of five (5) years from the publication of the aforementioned content.
YKR DESIGN SAS may reproduce, represent and adapt this photograph for all commercial, promotional and advertising purposes, via any means and on any medium, including via the internet and print media.
You also authorize the company YKR DESIGN to mention your account in conjunction with the photograph.
You acknowledge and agree that this authorization and transfer are granted free of charge, and therefore will not give rise to any remuneration.
Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks to external websites do not imply any responsibility on the part of YKR DESIGN, particularly regarding commercial offers or advertisements that may be displayed on those sites. The decision to activate a hyperlink remains the sole prerogative of the website users.
Applicable Law & Divisibility of Causes
