The "inflated" vision of a designer
An inflatable seat and design? It's probably this somewhat “mission impossible” side that initially attracted me.
In my job, the challenge is a driver of creativity before being a source of constraint and I liked the idea of returning to the fundamentals of design: to reinforce the practicality, the usefulness of an object, while sublimating it and giving it style.
Behind the astonishing simplicity of this balloon seat, it is ultimately all the little details that make the difference, such as the belt for example. The idea came to us while looking for a way to hide the main seam of the cover and finally, it also became the trademark of the Bloon. Not only did it facilitate transport, but it also brought a chic saddler side and that sums up the essence of the Bloon: ergonomics, practicality and aesthetics.
Currently, we are thinking about the development of the range to offer new accessories, always in this spirit of giving elegance to comfort, well-being and I must say that I can't wait to have them. also, at the office because since I've been working on a Bloon, my back hurts a lot less. And that too, somewhere, is an additional motivation to work on the project because I experience the benefits myself!
